This site is published by Aria Venue to describe the property at 5485 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 3L3 (Google Maps). It shows the spaces, the published rental rates and how to book a tour.

Please read these terms before you use the site or send a tour enquiry. The pages are for information. Using the site does not complete a booking or create a contract. These terms are about the website. A booking is a separate written agreement.

Sending a tour enquiry is a request to visit or to talk about a date. It is not a reservation, a hold or a payment.

We confirm dates in writing after we reply. Until then the calendar can still change. Availability on this site is not a hold.

Venue rental rates include the furniture, setup, tear-down, sound, cleaning and dinnerware listed on the pricing section. Catering and drinks for those rentals are yours to arrange. The Las Vegas-style wedding is a separate package: two hours for the couple and two witnesses, with an officiant and a bottle of champagne.

We will confirm an exact quote for your date and guest count. If we have not published a price for your guest count or layout, we will talk it through.

The rates on the site can change. The figure we confirm in writing is the one that applies.

Photographs, text and marks on this site are published by Aria Venue. All rights are reserved. Please do not copy them for another business. You are welcome to share a link to the site.

Please use the tour form as intended. Automated or repeated submissions may be blocked.

Do not try to disrupt the site, collect its content in bulk, or send a message that you do not have the right to send. We may refuse or delete a request that is abusive or not about a tour.

This site links to Instagram, Google Maps and the vendors we mention. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for them.

The map stays off until you choose to load it. Opening it, or a vendor page, leaves this website.

The pages are a guide to the venue. Photographs, spaces and published rates can change. We take care with what we publish, but a page may not be complete or current at the moment you read it.

We are not responsible for plans made only from this website, or for other sites you open from here. If something on the page is wrong, write to events@ariavenue.ca and we will correct it.

This website is meant to work with a keyboard, a phone and a screen reader. If something blocks you, write to events@ariavenue.ca and we will help.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. A booking we have already confirmed in writing is not changed by an update to this page.

This site is operated from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. If a disagreement about the website cannot be resolved between us, the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
