This site is published by Aria Venue to describe the property at 5485 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 3L3 (Google Maps). It shows the rooms, the published rental rates and how to book a tour.

The pages are for information. Using the site does not complete a booking or create a contract. These terms are about the website. A booking is a separate written agreement.

Please use the tour form as intended. Automated or repeated submissions may be blocked.

Sending a tour enquiry is a request to visit or to talk about a date. It is not a reservation, a hold or a payment.

We confirm dates in writing after we reply. Until then the calendar can still change.

The rates on this site are our published venue rental. They include the furniture, setup, tear-down, sound, cleaning and dinnerware listed on the pricing section. Catering and drinks are yours to arrange.

We will confirm an exact quote for your date and guest count. If we have not published a price for your guest count or layout, we will talk it through.

The rates on the site can change. The figure we confirm in writing is the one that applies.

Photographs, text and marks on this site are published by Aria Venue. Please do not copy them for another business. You are welcome to share a link to the site.

This site is operated from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. If a disagreement about the website cannot be resolved between us, the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
