Privacy policy

When you send a tour enquiry through Aria Venue, the form asks only for what we need to reply about your date. If you write to events@ariavenue.ca or call (289) 259-3859, we receive whatever you send that way.

• Email address
• Phone number
• Event date
• Guest count, if you give one
• What you write about the day

That message is emailed to events@ariavenue.ca so we can write back about a tour or the date you have in mind. Before you send the form, you confirm we can contact you about that tour.

We do not keep a customer database on this site, sell your details or add you to a marketing list.

Under Canada's anti-spam law, we treat the form as a request you initiated. A reply about that enquiry is not a newsletter signup.

Resend holds the message long enough to deliver it. We keep the copy in our inbox only as long as we need it to plan your visit or booking. When that work is done, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to events@ariavenue.ca or calling (289) 259-3859.

The site is hosted on Vercel, in the United States, so a visit sends a request there. An enquiry is sent through Resend, our email provider, also in the United States, to our inbox.

The map stays off until you choose to load it. If you do, Google receives that request and may set its own cookies. We do not control those.

A necessary cookie remembers this cookie choice. We also remember a few display preferences on your device. If you start a tour request, those answers stay on this device until you send them or close the tab.

With your permission we load analytics to see which pages people open and how the site performs. That is processed by Vercel and is not used to advertise to you. Analytics stay off until you accept them.

You can accept all, keep essential only, or change that choice anytime from cookie settings.

You can write or call to access, correct or delete an enquiry we still have. We will not send marketing mail unless you ask us to.

If we cannot settle a privacy question, you can contact the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
